If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within a period of 30 days, without penalty and without providing any reason. Exercising Your Right of Withdrawal

You are entitled to withdraw from the contract within 30 days of receiving the product(s) without penalty. The 30-day period begins on the day you, or a third party designated by you (excluding the carrier), acquires physical possession of the product(s).

To exercise your right to withdraw, please inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by submitting a clear statement (e.g., by letter or email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.

Return Policy

• You can return the product(s) within 30 days of receipt, even without prior notice. However, you must include a physical note with your return indicating your intent to cancel the order.
• If you would like to return your items for a refund, we will process the refund within 5 business days of receiving your returned items. Refunds made via bank transfer generally take 1-2 business days after processing. For credit card payments, the refund can take anywhere from 2 to 30 days depending on your card issuer’s billing cycle.

Consequences of Withdrawal

• If you decide to withdraw from the contract, we will refund the full purchase price including the shipping costs, without delay and no later than 14 days from the date we are informed of your decision to cancel.
  • Please note: If you select a shipping method other than the standard option offered by us, the additional costs will not be refunded.
• In case of a partial return, the shipping costs will not be refunded.
• Refund Method:
  Refunds will be issued using the same payment method you used for your original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
• Reimbursement Timing:
  We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the returned product(s), or until you provide proof of return, whichever occurs first.
• Returning Products:
  You must return the product(s) to us within 14 days from the date on which you notified us of your intention to withdraw.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

Certain products are excluded from the right of withdrawal under the following conditions:

• Sealed products: Products such as bongs, pipes, vaporizers, and similar items cannot be returned if the seal is broken for health and hygiene reasons.
• Perishable goods: Products like magic truffles and grow kits cannot be returned if they are perishable within the withdrawal period.

If you are dissatisfied with a perishable product, please contact our customer service team, and we will be happy to work with you on a solution.

Liability for Diminished Value

You will be held responsible for any diminished value of the product(s) resulting from handling or use beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
